Thanks to Yoplait, I received a delicious package on my doorstep this week, filled with the new Yoplait Greek Style Yoghurt 2xProtein – Coconut, along with Vita Coco coconut water, chia seeds, shredded coconut and fresh blueberries.
Yoplait’s new Greek Style Yoghurt 2xProtein – Coconut contains twice the average amount of protein in Yoplait’s regular yoghurts. It also has a 5 star health rating and is packed with nutritional goodness which will keep you fuelled for the day.
I was so excited about trying the coconut flavour, as I love anything coconut. It is thick, deliciously creamy and tastes heavenly! I would highly recommend to all coconut and yoghurt lovers out there. The Yoplait Greek Style Yoghurt 2xProtein would be perfect on your breakfast muesli, mixed with fruit or straight out of the tub! Blueberry, Coconut and Chia Smoothie
Ingredients (1 serve):
125g Yoplait Greek Style Yoghurt 2xProtein – Coconut
200ml Coconut water (I used Vita Coco)
1/2 tablespoon Blueberries
1/2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds
1/4 cup ice (optional)
Extra blueberries and shredded coconut for serving.
1 Place all ingredients in a blender.
2 Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
3 Push down mixture or scrape sides with a spatula.
4 Pour into a glass, top with extra blueberries and shredded coconut.
